Hemp Linguine with Broccoli Florets and Toasted Almond Grains

Hemp linguine with broccoli florets and toasted almond flakes.

A tasty, nutritious and seasonal first course. Also suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. Easy to prepare, you only need 30 minutes to amaze your guests with a delicious recipe, at the same time simple and healthy, strictly made in Tuscany!

Ingredients for 3 people

250 gr of hemp pasta - Linguine with Hemp from Antico Pastificio Morelli (PI)

200g of organic Tuscan broccoli florets
1 tablespoon shelled almonds
garlic
salt
qb Tuscan EVO oil
1 tablespoon of hemp seed oil - Az. Agricola Via dei Ciliegi (AR)

Preparation:

Wash the broccoli florets and boil them in plenty of salted water. It will take 12-15 minutes. Once cooked, drain them and set them aside, remembering to save the cooking water that you will need to cook the pasta.

In the same water, cook the linguine for 5-6 minutes. Use a large pan to brown the garlic in the extra virgin olive oil. As soon as the garlic is golden, remove it and add the previously cooked broccoli florets. Roughly chop the almonds and then toast them until golden using another pan.

Drain the pasta and add it to the prepared sauce, add a spoonful of hemp seed oil and mix well. Sprinkle the toasted almond grains over the linguine.
