Certified Hemp Seed Flour.
Hemp seed flour is an exceptional raw material for the preparation of products with a high nutritional profile.
The reason why this flour is so valuable lies in its nutritional composition which is determined by a very high content of proteins (over 27%), fibres and fats ( Omega 3 and Omega 6 in an extremely balanced measure, i.e. 1 to 3).
It also contains vitamins E (natural antioxidant), B1 and B2 , mineral salts and phytosterols. Being a gluten-free flour, it should be used in combination with flours that contain it (therefore wheat, rye, kamut and spelt).
