Hemp and Dried Tomato Pesto

Dressing made with dried tomatoes and hemp seeds.

The recipe is vegan , palm oil free and guaranteed dairy free . Ready to use, ideal for seasoning pasta, perfect if diluted with a little cooking water.

Ingredients:

*rehydrated dried tomato 25% (water, *dried tomato 42%, *apple vinegar, salt), *hemp seeds 25%, *sunflower seed oil, *extra virgin olive oil, *pitted black olives, *lemon juice, * almonds , *capers, *garlic, *chilli pepper, *oregano.
