Pesto Hemp, Zucchini and Curry

Dressing made with zucchini and hemp seeds.

The recipe is vegan , palm oil free and guaranteed dairy free . Ready to use, ideal for seasoning pasta, perfect if diluted with a little cooking water.

Ingredients:

*zucchini 66%, *hulled hemp seeds 15.8%, *white wine, *sunflower seed oil, *extra virgin olive oil, salt, *garlic, *curry 0.4% (* mustard , *coriander, *turmeric, *cumin, *fenugreek, salt, *garlic, *ginger, *paprika, *chilli), *black pepper, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid.
